Along with excellent functionality, the Camera features a design focused on the simplicity of use. Once the patient is seated, a click sound will inform that the patient is in a proper position and ready for screening. A Start button will show as enabled, allowing to begin testing, and the
Camera lens will automatically capture the patient’s pupil. Once the image is taken, it is displayed on a large, 10.4" full color touch-screen for preliminary quality check and automatically transfers to the RetinaVue Network application. As the images are saved, they appear in the patient’s exam with a color coded quality indicator and can be submitted for expert diagnostics and reporting.
